About Cami Weinstein Designs, LLC

Cami Weinstein Greenwich Designer

Over the past 20 years I have worked on a great assemblage of projects, ranging from beach houses in Laguna Beach, California to chic and modern commercial offices in Akonia.  Crafting a client’s environment to suit their needs while introducing artistic influences with structural intrigue is one of my great passions.  View a detailed list of services here.

Residential Interior Design Projects

New York Interior Design

Blending everyday functionality with luxurious design elements creates the ultimate interior design.  The Chappaqua Residence features a palette of inviting warm neutrals and an exciting collection of  eclectic prints and textiles, creating a modern and transitional design.

New York Kitchen Design

One of my favorite kitchen design projects to take on was the Scarsdale Kitchen.  A beautiful tile mosaic back splash accents the stainless steel stove top, while lavish chandeliers provide a luxurious lighting option.

Commercial Interior Design Projects

Greenwich CT Interior Design

Refining a commercial firm’s interior design is a great way to excite your customer base and bring your business into the modern age!  Past commercial interior design projects include the New York skin care clinic, Via Michelle, an interior which needed a pop of color to accent their product and enliven the limited space.

Revamping the Einstein College of Medicine’s cafe was a fun project which featured an amazing reveal!  Here are the before and after photos from this project.

Staircase Architecture

When remodeling your space, take your staircase architecture to the next level!  From natural banisters to glass siding, staircase architecture can be as unique as you imagine.  Inspire your design with these beautiful and clever staircases.

Geometric Staircase Cami Weinstein

This modern geometric staircase is beautiful!

A Natural Wood Staircase

When selecting natural wood for your staircase, there are so many different kinds to consider!  From sturdy bamboo to rustic oak, all natural wood features unique variations within the wood.

The Banister

Natural Wood Staircase Banister Cami Weinstein

This custom banister replicates the roots of a tree.  This is one detail that refuses to be overlooked.

The Steps

Weathered Wood Stairs Cami Weinstein

Perfect for a beach house or a cozy New England cabin, these weathered stairs give a rustic feel.  This is a great way to re-purpose wood from within your remodeled home!  I would love to have these beautifully weathered stairs in my beach house.

The Structure

Natural Wood Staircase Cami Weinstein

Natural and grand, this carved wooden staircase features a unique shape and beautiful craftsmanship.  From the shape to the smoothly sanded wood, this staircase’s structure is very zen.  Note the juxtaposition of materials used in the ceiling, walls and flooring of this interior.

A Crisp Cream Staircase

Traditional design is given a twist with modern staircase architecture.  Reserved yet elegant, stately without being too loud, a crisp cream staircase is always in style. I love the idea of making a home your own.

The Banister

White Staircase Banister Cami Weinstein

This Danish country-style home’s banister could very well belong to a New England cottage!  The staircase’s banister stretches to the ceiling, drawing your eye into the cutout design of each baluster.

The Steps

White Flare Step Staircase Cami Weinstein

The smallest detail can make a world of difference.  This designer has created a staircase which flares out!  I also love how the tread of each stair is painted black, giving this staircase a distinctly refined feel.

The Structure

White Staircase Drawers Cami Weinstein

Make your house a home and design with storage in mind!  Mapping out a staircase with built-in drawers for maximum storage is genius!

I bet you will never think of staircases the same way again!  Stay tuned for part two of this feature!

Beach House Inspiration

Give your interior design a summery feel with beach house inspiration!  A palette of beach-inspired tones, crisp white linens and nautical accessories create the ultimate ambiance.

Ocean-Front Kitchen Design

Wicker Furniture Cami Weinstein

Take a cue from your favorite beach house’ interior design, and keep your furniture lightweight and natural.  The wicker stools give this strict white kitchen a relaxed vibe.  I also love how the designer made a good use of space by placing the sink in the counter top.

Beach House Living Room Design

Beach House Furniture Cami Weinstein

Create a refreshingly minimalist design with white furniture; I love how the patterned pillows take center stage.  A drift-wood mirror makes the room seem larger, while giving the room a piece with texture.  Beach-weathered accessories help create the allusion that a pier is close by.

Nautical Accessories

One-of-a-kind antiques are a great way to make a design your own.

I find some of my favorite items at second-hand shops!  Taking the time to walk through local beach-front antique shops will leave you with one-of-a-kind items.  This canoe may not be good enough to use on the water, but it dresses up a blank wall nicely!

Beachy Window Treatments

White Curtains Cami Weinstein

The perfect beach house view!

One of the defining factors of a great beach house is a beautiful view of the ocean, beach or pier.  The gauzy white curtains are perfect for this beautiful window area.  Who wouldn’t want to sit at that table for a cup of tea?

Beach House Blinds Cami Weinstein

I also love this beautiful bay window, perfect for reading a book.  The venetian-wood blinds provide more privacy than sheer white curtains, while maintaining a very “open” and casual feel.

Which elements will you take away to inspire your own beach house design?
